I’ve always loved to cook and eat, and believe that enjoying yummy food is one of the greatest pleasures in life. My goal is to share with you recipes and tips for delicious dishes that help you feel satisfied and happy. I’ll also post daily eats to show how I balance treats and indulgences with more wholesome (yet still delicious!) staples and my favorite kinds of exercise. As you’ll see, I follow the principle that the best way to be healthy is to live a balanced and joyful life!
I’m also in love with style, home decor and entertaining. I dream about beautifully decorated cakes, fresh-cut flowers, and those staple pieces that every girl needs in her closet. Keep an eye out for decor posts as I deck out my first apartment and musings about my experiments with a capsule wardrobe.
