I’m trying to be more deliberate about my purchases, and I spent a lot of time considering before buying these shorts. I wanted something more mature than my typical jean cutoffs, and I love the crisp, classic feel of these navy chinos. I decided to splurge a little for a pair from J. Crew, because I knew they would fit me perfectly, be well made, and last a long time. Since I can’t wear shorts to the office I don’t get to wear them too often, but I know that they’ll be a staple in my summer wardrobe for years to come.
