I know blue with black is sometimes considered taboo, but I actually love the combination! To me, it feels classic and sophisticated – especially with a pop of white thrown in for interest! This fun chiffon blouse (with polka dots and a few ruffles) has served me well for evenings out. I love it paired with nice dark blue skinny jeans and some black flats. With this crisp white cardigan over top, I think it also works for the office.
