I don’t think I need to tell you that salads are perfectly suited for summer. Whether it’s your main dish for dinner, a quick lunch, or a picnic side, some combination of fresh, crispy lettuce and inventive toppings will always be a welcome addition to a summer meal. And don’t forget to add a creamy, flavorful dressing! I’m pretty much dying to make all of these amazing salad creations. With creamy cheese, lots of fresh veggies, sweet summer fruits (some of them even grilled) – my mouth is already watering! Let me know in the comments below – what are your favorite additions to a summer salad? Personally, I can’t get enough of fresh corn, nectarines, and burrata cheese!
