I love the easy combination of a comfy cotton camisole and a lightweight open cardigan. So much of feeling good in an outfit comes from finding the types of pieces that work best for you. They should flatter your body type and make you feel great. I’ve realized that longer, draped cardigans are a great go-to piece for me. They’re soft and comfy, and I think that the proportions work well with my shorter torso. I also love this camisole that I picked up at the Gap outlet – I also own it in three other colors! Glitter & Grace 
My go-to pieces are tunics and leggings with a little swing skirt from the Canadian designer Simpli. I have the skirt in 8 jewel colors, so that’s always the accent for my day. I choose the color to match my mood, the weather, or both. My leggings and long tops are mostly neutrals. Everything is very much mix and match, making dressing for my art gallery job pretty fast and easy each morning, with lots of variety in the combinations. This way I can never get bored.
