How adorable are the pockets on this dress? I love those small, chic details that remind me that this piece is from Paris. In many ways, the idea of a capsule wardrobe aligns well with the French approach to style. Parisian women are known to have small closets with a limited number of utterly classic pieces. They can throw on any combination, and in a matter of minutes look totally stylish and put-together. One of my goals with this capsule experiment is to collect my own set of classic, flattering staples. On the list so far is this shift dress, a white v-neck tee, dark blue skinny jeans, simple black ballet flats, and a gray cashmere sweater.
