Hi friends. This is going to be a quick post about yesterday’s eats. For breakfast I had rolled oats cooked in coconut milk with chia seeds, raisins, cinnamon, and a mashed banana stirred in. Plus a spoonful of peanut butter on top. The banana made it extra sweet and yummy!
For lunch I had a small amount of turkey with a salad and a piece of cornbread – definitely the best part of the meal. I also snacked on an apple in the afternoon.
Dinner was leftover fettuccini with a meat and tomato sauce. My roommates and I had enjoyed this meal over the weekend, and the leftovers were equally delicious. I also had a perfectly ripe pear, and, later in the evening, a piece of carrot cake that my roommate made.
